Job Description:
As a Project Manager at SASSI, who will join our team and support our United States Government client remotely. The Project Manager will be responsible for contract management and works closely with client CISO and other staff members to manage execution and success of multiple Task Orders (projects) and deliverables. The Project Manager works with an integrated project team comprised of multiple cybersecurity disciplines.
Primary Responsibilities:
In this role, you will:
Managing the program of work, schedule, and deliverables, delegating targets to the project teams.
Ensure communication to all stakeholders across all levels including detailed engineering and operational level communications program and executive management project status, issues, and risk reporting.
Provide cybersecurity policy, technical, and administrative guidance to achieve project goals
Routinely report on project status and identify potential synergies or conflicts with other projects
Makes decisions and takes timely independent actions in pursuit of project priorities
Manage the end-to-end life cycle of the contract, providing Project Status Reports and Financial updates on Projects/Programs being managed.
Schedule and host regular project status review meetings and client meetings.
Manage and track all project tasks and milestones.
Understand senior management’s business strategy and providing project related recommendations for cost effective solutions/delivery.
Interfacing with Government Stakeholders to elicit requirements and capture project activities
Coordinate and Schedule the successful on-ramp/off-ramp of external project activities on behalf of the PMO.
Sustain superior contract performance levels and generate new opportunities for growth.
Basic Qualifications
US Citizen
Must hold a minimum Secret clearance
Minimum 10 years of Cybersecurity experience in multiple domains.
Demonstrated experience in core cybersecurity disciplines such as policy, architecture and engineering, data protection, vulnerability management, risk management, security awareness, threat/malware prevention, etc.
Demonstrated initiative, strong communications skills, relationship management
Knowledge and experience with common cybersecurity tools and services
Appropriate technical skills, such as Networking, Servers, and environments.
Good understanding of security governance, compliance, and risk management principles.
Familiarity with common standards, frameworks, and regulations such as: NIST, ISO, COBIT, SIG, CCM, SOC-2, FAIR, HIPAA, Privacy, HITRUST, PCI, GDPR.
Demonstrated experience in directing and coordinating a team of contractors and cross‐functional teams
Experience navigating complex organizations, developing, and delivering vision through various communication strategies and presentations to senior-level executives and technical audience.
Able to function independently and perform routine tasks such as facilitating meetings, organize conference calls, deliver presentations.
Strong analytic and problem-solving skills.
Strong oral & written communications to include report development and delivery.

Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Cybersecurity, or related discipline
